Texas Junior Cup Matches 

The Texas Junior Cup Matches is an annual competition between the Northern and Southern Texas PGA Junior Tours' top six boys and top six girls aged 12 and under. The Ryder Cup-style format features 9-hole Scramble and Four-Ball Matches on the first day followed by 9-hole Singles Matches on the final day. The Matches provide a unique, one-of-a-kind experience for each Tour's younger and more experienced junior golfers.


Members from the Northern Texas PGA and Southern Texas PGA teams qualify to compete via NTPGA Junior Tour and STPGA Junior Tour events, respectively.

June 1- 2  – All American Tour Boys Series #1- Sherrill Park GC – Course #1

  • Highest finishing Boy aged 12 or younger


June 29 – Texas Junior Cup Open Qualifier – Lakes Course at Firewheel

  • Top 2 finishers in the Boys 9-12 division

August 5-6 – Good Good All American Tour Championship – The Nelson Club

  • Highest finishing Boy aged 12 or younger


August 8-9 – NTPGA Junior Tour Summer Series Medalist Tour Championship – The Bridges Course at Firewheel

  • Top 2 finishers in the Medalist Tour Boys 11-12 division



Girls' Qualifying Opportunities

June 3- 4 – AAT: Marie Birdie Summer Girls Series #1- Oakmont Country Club

  • Highest finishing Girl aged 12 or younger


June 29 – Texas Junior Cup Open Qualifier – Lakes Course at Firewheel

  • Top 2 finishers in the Girls 9-12 division


August 5-6  – Good Good All American Tour Championship – The Nelson Club

  • Highest finishing Girl aged 12 or younger
