The Northern Texas PGA Junior Golf Foundation is extremely proud and thankful to all of the local fundraising events that contribute to our organization and its missions to grow the game through junior golf.
We would like to thank Birdies for Kids, the Ewing Charity Classic and Royal Oaks’ Great 108 for each event’s contributions to the Northern Texas PGA Junior Golf Foundation over the years.
A group of Australians who work in the golf industry in the Dallas area founded the Birdies for Kids fundraiser in 2004. They started the event because they simply wanted to do something to give bacak to the local community. In 2014, the Birdies for Kids fundraiser was expanded to include golf professionals across northern Texas to raise additional funds for the Northern Texas PGA Junior Golf Foundation and other local children's charities.
