Randy Smith and Royal Oaks Country Club conducted the 29th Annual Great 108 on Monday, July 30, 2012.  The event featured 48 youth between the ages of 7-18 who received playing lessons during the 108 holes of golf played from 7:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.  To date the Great 108 has raised over $40,000.00 this year for the Northern Texas PGA Junior Golf Foundation and over $1,086,656.00 in its history through donations from Royal Oaks Country Club members and sponsors.

The Northern Texas PGA salutes PGA Head Professional Randy Smith, PGA Assistant Professionals James Bates and Clif Nelson, assistant professional Brian Ellis as well as Blair Smith and the club members of Royal Oaks Country Club for their generosity and support of the Northern Texas PGA Junior Golf Foundation.
